IT Infrastructure Project Manager – Singapore
QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or its equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define project scope and create project delivery plan including resource control plan during initiation/proposing step.
• Act as single point of contact to communicate and interact directly with both external and internal stakeholders (client user departments & IT department, facilities, 3rd party vendors)
• Review solution with tech members and propose to the customers.
• Ensure compliancy with the project charter and the constraints and assumptions set for the project. Initiate project facilitating kick-off meeting.
• Lead the project team to achieve on time, on budget and within scope with the highest quality.
• Ensure good communication both in relation to the internal and external project stakeholders including the customer’s project team and the steering committee.
• Accurately report project status and outlook.
• Ensure change management issues are being effectively addressed within the project team providing all the needed. information to formulate decision making, change requests and project budgets.
• Ensure successful risk management (identification and monitoring) and takes necessary measures to mitigate project risks.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
WORK OR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & FUNCTIONAL OR TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Minimum 5 years working experience as project manager with management tools. Especially waterfall methodology experiences mandatory required
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in vendor management
• Experience in multi-tasking, handling multiple projects and deliverables
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish tasks independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills desirable
• Excellent customer service attitude, including the ability to work with users of all skill levels and organizational levels
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve issues and challenges
• Strong time management, decision making, multi-tasking and organization skills
• Experience in OS (Windows & Linux), middleware software configuration design & installation in mission critical systems in IT system implementation projects
• Experience in architecture / parameter design, testing and operation handover
• Good understanding and work experience on ITSM standards, processes, guidelines and provide the best practices
• Proactive personality, team player/contributor
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies or other IT trends

• (good-to have) Working experience with Japanese bank customers
•(good-to have) WebApplication server knowledge ( WebLogic / Tomcat)
•(good-to have) SQL / Oracle database knowledge
